The part was on minimum 5 week back order. They were great when the part came in after 2 weeks and immediately took their car back and adjusted the payment to only include the actual time their rental was needed. “You know those days that everything goes wrong and you arrived after many struggles at the rental car late and they are already closed. It was 100 degrees but to my luck, the manager was leaving the place and asked me if he could help. He said the place was closed, I didn’t realized they close at 12 and it was past that time. Renette, went back inside saw my name on the roster and decided to help me, his kindness and customer service, I will never forget, he was the light that day and I will always be thankful for his professionalism and for his good heart. Kudos to him for helping me when I most needed!”

“Would like to thank for the 959 SE 6th ave Delray Beach location for their flexibility, understanding and efficient customer service provided by everyone, especially Ryan and Gianmarco who went above and beyond to make sure we have the best experience.We have requested a specific body type car few days in advance but once we got there, there was a different car which was also dirty as it was obviously just returned from the previous trip. We were offered to get our originally requested car but we had to wait a little bit to bring it to the correct branch and clean it. It ended up well and we are appreciated for all the efforts made by the 2 guys mentioned above. Thank you again.”
