This CVS in Boca Raton is a busy and often crowded location that makes it easier to manage pharmacy, health, and wellness needs. The pharmacy is very efficient, with prescriptions filled immediately and ready for pickup within a very short time. The pharmacy people are very professional and always helpful, and were kind enough to provide assistance over the phone. All of the employees are super friendly and provide fast service, bending backwards to make the customer happy. The customer service is amazing, with staff being really helpful and generous, assisting with everything and even providing helpful recommendations. It is a great place for everyday needs, prescriptions, vaccinations, and personal care items, with reliable value and time-saving options like pickup.
Very long waiting times to pick up the medication, even though you see staff around, no courtesy at all from the staff at the Pharmacy area.

Gina is great. She went out of her way to help us get a medication for our 2 year old. Our main store didn’t have it and was closing. She really seems to care and we really appreciate it!

CVS is a horrendous monopoly- can’t wait to move my prescriptions. Now they have check out w/ iPads which beyond ridiculous especially for older adults
