“FiFi, who works in the fragrance department at the Boca Raton Neiman Marcus is absolutely amazing. I collect fragrances as a hobby and I visit different stores where I check out or purchase other fragrances. The customer service I receive from the other stores I visit is sub par at most.Due to her customer service I’ve made more in store purchases at Neiman Marcus than any other store because of her above and beyond customer service.”

“I placed an order online for store pick up and I paid the extra fee to have my item gift wrapped along with a gift card message. I came to pick up my order because I received an email that it was ready and when I went to customer service the items were in a store bag with just tissue paper. When I inquired to the SA and showed her my email receipt, she informed me to just go downstairs to the men’s department and tell them that it needs to be gift wrapped. I went downstairs and spoke with a SA. I cannot recall her name however, she had a nasty attitude and was very sarcastic when I asked about gift wrapping and missing gift message. She left to gift wrap the items then returned after about 8 minutes. The gift wrapping was atrocious and had at least 15 pieces of tape on the paper. I didn’t want to go back-and-forth with her so I said Thank you and I went to the women’s department where I was helped by the Manager in that department, Marisol and a SA Alon. They were beyond kind and helpful. Alon wrapped the items SOOO NICELY and I’m so grateful he was able to help me with no hesitation. This experience hasn’t deterred me from continuing to shop at Saks but it’s good to see that they quickly recognized the issue, apologized and jumped in to rectify it. Thank you so much for your help. ?”

The store was clean and well-organized during my visit, which made browsing super easy and enjoyable. I loved seeing such a wide variety of name brands for way less than department store prices. I even found a designer handbag I’ve been eyeing for months — for nearly half the price!

What really stood out to me was the friendly and helpful staff. They were quick to answer questions and even offered tips on where to find specific items. The checkout process was smooth, and I appreciated how the associates kept the lines moving efficiently.

Overall, Ross is one of my favorite places to shop when I want quality without breaking the bank. If you’re patient and love a good deal, you’ll definitely walk away with some amazing finds. Can’t wait to go back!

“Recently visited the Boca Raton store and had the gracious help Julia and Lunine (Bedding department). We were on a mission finding a price on decorative pillows I really wanted to purchase for my client. The pillows were perfect and so were these 2 ladies! I review all the time about customer service and when it is great, it should be noted. I was grateful for their help, professionalism and patience. There was no way in heck I was leaving that place without these pillows! lol! Yet again, I was a very happy Bloomies customer! Happy Holidays! Best ....”

“After revisiting this Bloomingdale's a couple of times since me and my Mother's last visit which was not up to their high standard, it gives me great pleasure to report that Bloomies is back, hence two additional stars! Although we had a subpar experience buying cosmetics about a month ago and almost swore off shopping at Bloomingdale's, we decided to come back here thanks to a good promotion and needless to say, we are glad we did! As always, we find the shopping atmosphere to be luxurious and that there is a wide selection of high quality products. As me and my Mother looked around, she thought about getting some costume jewelry and lo-and-behold, my Mother found a couple of earrings that she really liked! What really set the experience apart was Justin, the associate who helped us as he was fabulous! True to Bloomingdale's standard and possibly exceeding it, he was warm and genuine in personality, was knowledgeable about the products, and very patient. Once he helped my Mother found the earrings she liked and at a great price to boot, he then saw that my Mother had a Bloomingdale's promotional card. Since it was invalid the first day we went due to being for a few days later, Justin offered to store the earrings my Mother liked for a few days so we could get them at the sale price, which was wonderful on his part. A few days later, we returned to Bloomingdale's and since Justin would not be in until later, Mariana assisted us. Like Justin, she proved to do an excellent job thanks to her kindness and excellence at her job, making for a wonderful shopping experience! As for other employees on our two recent visits, they were wonderful as well with shout outs going to Star at the Chanel Counter and Doris in the Men's Department. As far as the problem employees we encountered in my previous ** review, I did not see them, so it is possible they left the company or we just did not see them? Nevertheless, thanks to our much improved shopping experiences with the Bloomingdales at Town Center, we will definitely return!”

“Thursday, January 22 I went to buy groceries at Walmart. I want to thank the customer service department and the staff member at the exit from the bottom of my heart for all their compassion and assistance to help resolve the problem I had when I put my purse in the trunk. The fob was in the purse would not work therefore I was locked out of my car. I appreciate everyone’s efforts assisting me with suggestions on how I could solve the problem.
