“We love this Marshall so much. It has so much selection and so many items to pick from. You will not leave without finding something for yourself or for your family. The staff is always very nice and they do their best and work very hard to get the long lines down as fast as they can. They always keep a nice composure when dealing with these nasty locals of Boca Raton. I always enjoy coming here, except when it's crowded because you have to deal with the people. The parking is not bad either, you will always find a spot typically. Their prices are phenomenal and sometimes you find things on clearance which make it an even better trip!”
“Super tidy and clean location. The floors are dark, nice and homely. The layout is amazing and the atmosphere is tranquil. You will find yourself just walking around a lot and taking in the atmosphere.”

“Tyan Chambers - Sr Appliance Mgr saved the day! Our client purchased an oven & Kitchen Aid refrigerator during the July 4th sale promotion. Last week we got a call telling us the refrigerator was sold out and discontinued, so sad too bad. Needless to say, we were extremely upset. Tyan went to speak with the store mgr, Reggie, who immediately said to make the client happy! We were given another Kitchen Aid model for the same sale price. Our client was both happy and relieved. “First off, I want to say how amazing the customer service here is and how great the staff is—definitely the best I’ve seen at Target! It’s definitely thanks to one of their leaders, Shonda! She’s always on the move, running this incredibly complex Target. The store is spotless and always stocked, and the employees are friendly and always working hard. It’s a joy to see how everything comes together, and how much respect her employees have for her. Because they respect her and listen to her, they also show that respect to their customers. That’s the kind of happy culture I love to see. It’s a pleasure to shop here. She’s quick to solve your issues and has an amazing team to support her. Because of this fantastic team, the store is one of the best Targets I’ve ever been to! I consider myself a Target fanatic! I shop through same-day delivery with my 360 membership, in person, and home delivery. I know the ins and outs of Target! I’m very happy and can assure you that this Target store should be an example for other Target stores.
The leadership at this store should be training other employees in other regions because they really understand what Target is all about! Customer satisfaction is their top priority.
