“I absolutely love this Five Below! The store is always so clean, organized, and well-stocked, which makes shopping such a great experience.
What really sets this location apart is the amazing staff. Every employee is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. They are especially wonderful with children, making every visit fun and memorable. My kids love looking for the Dumplings, and even on days when there aren’t any to find, the staff is so kind and patient. They never make the kids feel disappointed and always take the time to interact with them.
A special shout-out to Tamika! She always has the biggest smile, is incredibly friendly, and truly makes everyone feel welcome the moment they walk through the door. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and that positive attitude spreads throughout the entire store.
Customer service like this is rare, and it’s the reason we keep coming back to this Five Below instead of going anywhere else. Thank you to Tamika and the entire team for creating such a welcoming environment for families. Keep up the amazing work!”

“Tyan Chambers - Sr Appliance Mgr saved the day! Our client purchased an oven & Kitchen Aid refrigerator during the July 4th sale promotion. Last week we got a call telling us the refrigerator was sold out and discontinued, so sad too bad. Needless to say, we were extremely upset. Tyan went to speak with the store mgr, Reggie, who immediately said to make the client happy! We were given another Kitchen Aid model for the same sale price. Our client was both happy and relieved. “I would especially like to highlight not the store itself—which everyone already knows is large, well-stocked, and organized—but one person who truly impressed me during my visit today.
I stopped by the store around 9:30 p.m. looking for a specific men’s hair product, but I couldn’t find it. After searching for quite a while, I was getting frustrated. As I walked through the store, I asked a uniformed employee for help. She had just returned from her lunch break, yet she immediately took the time to personally walk with me and help me search for the product I needed.

“Normally I’m disappointed, but today was different. I wanted cherries but they were out. I asked two employees and they didn’t even know what language I was speaking. Then I asked James in produce. He told me to stay put and he disappeared. 5 minutes later he comes back with a cart stacked with crates of cherries. He opened one and told me to taste one before I bought the bag. Now that’s the way you do it folks”
