She was incredibly accommodating and went out of her way to track down someone who could help me. That person was Bob, who was just as wonderful—within minutes he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Paula and Bob were both outstanding and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. “I ordered a expensive Item for prepaid pick up and the system showed that the item was in stock but I got a phone call saying it wasn't. We were flying out the next day and Sadia who works the pick up counter went above and beyond to help me sort it out in time for my flight ! Great customer Service ! Thanks a lot !”
