“I placed an order online for a couple of kitchen appliances. Right after the order was placed, I realized one of the items was setup for delivery, one for pickup. So I decided to call the store to rectify the problem.The wait on the phone was so LONG...it was ridiculous. I decided to cancel the online order and re-enter it with the right delivery instructions. The website is really good and easy to navigate...it was easy to cancel the order and place a new one. The delivery was smooth and they provided good communication the day of the delivery and installation....several texts and emails gave me a feel for when the delivery would take place. I also got a call first thing in the morning telling me the time frame for the delivery. Good communication.”

“I love Home Depot....I travel from Boca to come here...I own rentals so there is always a need for something. I met Billy Schoenfeld at the Deerfield store. He helped me with appliances, vanities, countertops and even plants. You name it! After purchase he stays connected which I like because sometimes there are hiccups. He will always call and see how things are going.
I was sad to hear he left that store. One of the managers at Deerfield told me he is moved to 441 and Wiles. She missed him too.
I redid an apt with new LVP that her recommended. He stressed the durability of this product. I trust his knowledge. I am so happy. It looks so lovely! He goes the extra yard and has loads of patience. It is obvious he loves what he does.

However, I've encountered some older employees who seem hesitant to assist, and their expressions suggest they would rather not be bothered. Additionally, the cashiers at the customer service area can be a bit slow. Despite these issues, it's still an excellent place to pick up supplies for my next project.”

“Grabbed a cart and went to the plywood aisle expecting to help myself as I usually have to here. DAVIDSON walked up to me right away and asked if I needed help. He was respectful and professional. If every employee was as attentive as this, people would do a lot more shopping in store. He was a 5 star. Unfortunately the store as a whole is not. Between the rental department and how long it usually takes to get help, I cannot put a 5 star rating. I'm omw to a further home depot at this moment for a rental.”
