I love this J Mclaughlin store! The staff, especially Suzanne, make shopping here so fun. They go above and beyond helping, making suggestions and finding items for me when they are out of stock in their own store. The staff makes it feel like a personalized shopping experience everytime I am in the store.

Excellent customer service. Unfortunately, this location only has a tiny amount of men's clothing, and nothing professional like dress pants or blazers, which was surprising considering their website. I still found some nice stuff. The sizing is sort of all over the place. Nice linen shirts, but the sleeves were too long... read full comment

Lovely clothes and great staff. However, the store is only open until 6 pm on Saturdays. And it is impossible to buy a gift card that can be delivered electronically. Company needs to wake up - it’s the 21st century for crying out loud.
