“Took my wife, mother of the bride dress shopping. Showed up for our appointment and was fortunate enough to be greeted by Veronica. This young lady was so warm and welcoming. She listened to what my wife’s vision was and kept bringing out options that were consistent with it. She has done this before!
When all was said and done.
We have another appointment with Veronica when the bride comes to town to tell her mom her opinion and a selection is made.
In the midst of this time of planning it’s nice to know, although we do not have a dress, we will on our next appointment.
This girl, with no pressure at all was a joy to deal with.

“I shopped there twice in two weeks. My first time was not a good experience. I was dressed appropriately, but my much younger friend who came in with me got served but I didn’t. I felt like ageism and when they did bring some dresses my own grandmother would not have worn the suggested pieces
I did go back to give the store another chance and my experience was wonderful. I got the help I needed, presented multiple choices and left with several bags. What was the difference? All I can say was the owner saw me come in and stepped in when her employees were busy. She analyzed my style and size. It was a pleasure to work with her and ultimately she turned me over to some employees. My guess, she approaches everyone who walks into the store and makes sure the shopper has help. Customer service was great the second time around.
Another great service the second time around, when I was in the dressing room she was close enough to assist and also bring other items to me before I had to go looking for help—after I had to redress like the first time
I will return and hopefully the customer service will be like the second time visiting the store”
“Was in Boca town center mall and Melissa was great ! Very patient and extremely friendly knowledgeable about the product helpful in getting me the long sleeve shirts I purchased. Always passed by the store when on vacation there and went into the store and left empty handed but this time Melissa made the difference. He was professional, kind, patient and helpful- sometimes helping multiple customers at time while assisting his coworker. I got a nice shirt for Mom along with a wonderfully scented mango candle. Nehemiah helped us look for additional styles in store and on the computer. He is truly an asset to the store.”

“I was walking by their beautiful store and started browsing through the windows. The owner of the store's son was there and immediately engaged me. He was so inviting and quickly showed me the most elegant and stunning dresses. Everything is custom made and can be customized by color, size, sleeves, - essentially every detail. “Loved coming here, just moved here, first time in this store, and the associates Camila and Mady were incredibly sweet and found me some great dresses on sale (which were cheaper than what's offered online. FYI- I'm autistic, and don't frequent shopping malls due to anxiety in crowds/big spaces, so this was my first time shopping in a mall in a few years as I usually frequented boutiques where I used to live and never shop in department stores because I find them too overwhelming, and due to struggling with sense of direction, I often get lost in malls and have to notate where I park. I have been an online shopper for years, but this mall was so chill that I felt so comfortable here). They are very good people! The staff is very delightful. They treat you with first class service. They remember your name each time you return. You will have conversations each visit. They ask you questions about your life remembering from your last visit. They offer you coffee and other beverages. You will be given a tour of the Gorgeous store. You are able to get a glimpse of the sparking amazingly design jewelry with all kinds of diamonds, jewels, golds& silvers.The store is Phenomenally designed. They are building a new jewelry store close by. Which rumor has it this jewelry store is going to top the last in the architectural design.I highly recommend Devam.
