They are very good people! The staff is very delightful. They treat you with first class service. They remember your name each time you return. You will have conversations each visit. They ask you questions about your life remembering from your last visit. They offer you coffee and other beverages. You will be given a tour of the Gorgeous store. You are able to get a glimpse of the sparking amazingly design jewelry with all kinds of diamonds, jewels, golds& silvers.The store is Phenomenally designed. They are building a new jewelry store close by. Which rumor has it this jewelry store is going to top the last in the architectural design.I highly recommend Devam. If your in the neighborhood stop by and say Hi. You could chat with Mehul and Punita Jhaveri the owners of Devam.So these on my thoughts and suggestions from my experience with Devam. “I went to Boca Town Center Mall in the hopes of spending my free cash and coupons at Express for some cute birthday outfits and sadly I couldn't find a single thing I liked. I guess I'm getting old lol. Sorry, but acid washed skater pants are just not my thing lol So I popped in Francesca's on a whim and was so glad I did. Their clothes and dresses are so cute! They are not cheap but not uber expensive either, and they have buy 1 get 1 30% off full price items right now, so I found 2 really cute, girly dresses - one to wear out to dinner and one for the beach. They also have lots of accessories, hats, and even some kids clothes and random kids toys and stuff. The girl who checked me out (Mary? Maria? starts with an M lol) was also really sweet and helpful. The only thing that was an issue was a lot of the clothes I *really* liked did not have my size available. Mariana (M? lol) said they could special order something for me but I didn't have the time to wait (nor did I want to come back). But I did find cute stuff and I will return when I have another special occasion (or hit the lotto. Lol) The dresses I picked are hand wash only, do not put in dryer, so I imagine a lot of their other clothes are like that as well.”

FYI- I'm autistic, and don't frequent shopping malls due to anxiety in crowds/big spaces, so this was my first time shopping in a mall in a few years as I usually frequented boutiques where I used to live and never shop in department stores because I find them too overwhelming, and due to struggling with sense of direction, I often get lost in malls and have to notate where I park. I have been an online shopper for years, but this mall was so chill that I felt so comfortable here). Looking forward to coming back and being a frequent customer; thankful for their sweet and friendly service.”

I get frustrated because they always offer me the option to sit on a stool and order from the catalog. No thanks, I can order from the comfort of my home. Saving $8.00 is not that important to me. Everyone is mostly polite.”
