The location is usually not busy. But if you need help locating something it is sometimes a challenge to find someone. Not because they aren’t there, but because they are helping someone else. The young staff is helpful, despite being few in numbers.
They have a complete print on site area where you can get flyersbpostersbbanners made on the spot. They used to have conference rooms on the second floor and not sirenifbtheyvstill do.
I usually order everything I need from OD on line and have free delivery. It’s easier for me than going physically,locating what I want in their aisles and then purchasing free parking in their large parking lot. Disabled Parking in front of entrance.”

“I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for over a year now since it’s right by my office, and I honestly look forward to every visit. Dylan and the entire staff are always so welcoming, kind, and helpful—it’s truly a pleasure walking in there. They’ve created such a well-run, efficient system that makes every visit quick and seamless, even during busy hours.
What really stands out is the level of customer service. They’ve offered to help me carry boxes in from my car more than once, and it’s those little things that show how much they care. Whether I’m doing returns, dropping off packages, or shredding boxes of paper, they’re always on it.
It’s rare to say this about errands, but this location makes the whole experience enjoyable. Huge thank you to Dylan and the team—you all are the best!”

Brought them here and 38 years came to life again!!! Priceless. What an amazing job and incredible people. To see my parents again… for my children to see their dad, for my new grandson to meet the grandpa he never got to meet and to see his dad as a little boy. I really recommend going here.
