Publix Super Market at West Boca Plaza provides a pleasant shopping experience. The store is consistently clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality products. Shoppers will find wonderful house-made breads, top-notch produce and meats, and signature Deli and Bakery items. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, with outstanding customer service that stands out. Many appreciate policies like giving kids free cookies. While some note prices can be a bit more expensive, sales offer good value. The overall atmosphere is one where the staff seems happy and associates go out of their way to assist, making it a highly recommended go-to grocery store.

Been shopping here over 25 years. Staff here is exceptionally friendly and helpful in comparison to other stores. Recently the constant relocation of products is annoying adding more time to shopping

The store itself is fine. It's a smaller Publix with an older layout. I wish they'd put cart corrals in the parking lot. Inevitably, carts are left in the middle of parking spots. Today, there were at least 5 clustered together in one spot.
