Today I made a reservation online and within a few minutes my storage was ready! I went into the office to check the sizes for various units. Fred was in the office offering exceptional customer service over the phone. Fred greeted me with a warm smile and from that minute on, I knew I was in good hands and at a great place! I asked many question and asked to see two different units.he showed me around and answered all my questions and concerns. He was so pleasant to speak to and it truly felt like I knew him for years.
This is what customer service should look like, he understands the needs and worries of a customer and quickly address them making me feel at ease and secure.

“Ken was very helpful , he help me tremendously. I find very kind unlike the other guy that accused me of sleep there . I'm upset I was there between 9-10 am . He just assumed. I showed Ken my storage and even him says there no place for someone to even lay there . Obviously ridiculous, that's a shame that public storage hire this other man .
