“Highly recommended. Spent over 5k on a different mechanic trying to get rid of some wheel vibration. By the end of it, i ended up doing the whole front end and still ddnt resolve the issue. So i decided to go elsewhere. Brought my car into R.E.A and was diagnosed the cv axles. Well ive done the cv axles twice with the last mechanic. Went ahead and got it done. Got my car back the next day and the issue was finally resolved. Problem, last mechanic used autozone parts. R.E.A used OEM parts which are more expensive but worth it. Adding the time and money I spent with the last mechanic, all I can do is shake my head. Thank you to Brian for helping me out and communicating throughout the repair. Will definitely be back and recommend to all my friends”
“I have used them for work on my 2018 Audi S5 and my 2003 Porsche 911. Have always been happy with the work and the customer service level. Recently thought my Black on Black 2003 Porsche was not looking very sharp. Swirls from car wash ( I know shame on me) and lots or dulling and fading. Was considering a $2,000 refinish with ceramic coating. Asked what they could do. They said it would be $275 but honestly weren't sure they could get it to were I wanted it. Was delighted when I picked it up and it looked like it just came off the showroom floor. Fabulous job. Under promise over deliver!! Unheard of. Hats off. Highly recommend these guys.”

“Had an emergency situation where our brakes locked up. These folks had us in quickly as the situation was unsafe. We were fixed up and out in about an hour and a half. Being from out of town, I can't give them enough stars for taking care of us so quickly when we had no appointment. Can't recommend enough!”

“I thought I was out of luck.
I had a bad wobble in my steering wheel, and was sure something expensive had broken down. My regular mechanic (the dealership from which I'd purchased the vehicle) informed me I'd have to wait two to three weeks before they could look at it. Being dependent on having transportation (like most all of us) this wasn't an option.
Panicked, I found a local shop willing to look at it right away. Hoping they didn't perceive me as a rube ripe for picking, I brought it in with some considerable trepidation.
In the end, my problem was simply a defective tire, which Rudy (the owner) replaced, as well as taking care of much needed brake work at a perfectly reasonable cost.
Anyway, I'm posting this review, despite the idea that it may draw more customers to his establishment. I hate waiting for good and honest service.”
“I had a thumbnail chip of paint on my 2024 Toyota Tacoma tailgate. Most people would have ignored it and moved on but I couldn't. I took it to Jacks to repair. They did a incredible job ofrepair and painting that it looks like it came off the showroom floor. The staff up front were so nice and helpful and gave me the cost to repair it. They were knowledgeable of all the aspects of the repair. They took their time to do the work and the bill was exactly what the estimate said. They gave the whole low down just in case they needed another part. They didnt but were very transparent just in case. I definitely recommend them if you need top notch collision repair or even a small little chip repair.”
“Broders Motors is great - 2 man crew ( Jose and Chris ), so you deal with the mechanics directly. I've had my Porsche 997, Ford F150, Jeep Wrangler and Mini Cooper serviced here. From rear main seals to tires. I trust them for all things and all vehicles.
The word is out on how good they are - they can be backlogged, but worth the wait if you have the time

Fortunately the shop was not too busy so I waited a little less than the projected wait time. The waiting area was comfortable, the service seemed to have been performed very competently, and the tech with whom I dealt seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. And there was no upselling, either.”
“Brett replaced a damaged 2009 door, using a salvaged door I provided. The door was not the exact right year, but he made it work. He did a great color match, and reconnected the stereo, electric sideview mirror, power window and air bag.Brett has a GI engineer vibe---- he "gets the assignment." He runs a clean shop, and turned around my job in two days at a lower-than-competitive rate. Considering all the rip-off artists here in SWF, I was happy to find someone who understood the job. “On April 1, 2024 I discovered that the trunk of my car would not shut. I stopped at DEBOLD dropping the car off. As I am waiting for a ride home, Michael came to my car and looked at the situation and whatever he did, like magic- the trunk closed! It was such an easy fix. I had been anticipating something more involved (fuse, electrical etc.) Michael made my experience very pleasurable.”

“They take the time to adequately inspect your vehicle and discuss everything with you. You don’t feel rushed, like in a lot of other places. They don’t try to upsell you any parts or services. Yes, they are not the cheapest in town. However, you get the peace of mind that professionals are working on your vehicle and that they specialize in Lexus and Toyota. This is an automotive repair shop for people who truly care about their vehicles. The loaner vehicle, while my car was in repair, was an appreciable plus.”
