“Best Publix in Florida. Clean, always stocked, great service. Employees are the friendliness, nicest and so helpful. They make the store what it is.

The coldcut counter has the best most professional workers of any Publix ,I've ever been in ( and believe me , I've been in loads of them)l, in all different parts of florida )
All this is not from the new managers ,this is just the way it is. The produce dept has gone under, I asked one of the workers there if a watermelon with yellow markings means there more ripe. He said he didnt know. Fruit , tomatoes half rotten in sealed bag. Salads are mushy and wet going bad.
Such it up Publix and fix your problems .
No one has money to throw away. It will take some getting use to but people will go elsewhere. I've been coming to this store since the first one was there way before this one was built. Get with the program .”
“I started shopping with a sleeping baby and proceeded to check out with a screaming and hollering baby. The staff bent over backwards for us. Helped calm my newborn as best as they could. They loaded all my groceries to pay and then loaded the bagged groceries into the cart and pushed it out to my vehicle. Another employee then helped me load the vehicle. Now while I am a physically capable man, the entire game changes when you have a fussy baby. I applaud them all of them for the help and support today around noon.”
“Always clean, never too busy, occasional flash deals. Awesome prices, comparable to buying in bulk if not better for items that spoil quickly. Their golden Oreo protein bars have such amazing macros, I've been buying them for a year straight, now! They also stock electrolytes without added sugar and 500mg of sodium per serving with amazing flavors. No wonder they're associated with Trader Joe's. I never grab a cart and always regret it afterwards when I'm struggling to carry my load to the self-checkout kiosks they have available. Try it once and you'll never go back (to Publix).”
“Great store, always has everything that I need. And im a long time customer of Pepperidge Farm Bread, and every time I go there, any Bread from Pepperidge any flavor and what not is always there. Great service they get from them. Recommend trying them if you can't find what you need! Store is always clean also.”

“This is a great grocery store in downtown Bonita Springs. The best-kept secret of this store - there are warm, fresh tortillas behind the cashier's counter. Walk up to the cashier and say tortillas small and you will have plenty for a party of four or fewer people. The store is walking distance to Riverside Park.”
“I’ve been here multiple times and have had a pretty good experience but there is in particular a young man who gives an excellent service and always puts a smile on your face .This cashier named Luis is always so polite and gives a friendly service everytime I’ve been there . “I have lived behind this store for 5+ years and I am amazed at how the new management has cleaned up this store. He is very nice and friendly and has hired staff that are the same. I don’t leave reviews much but I had to with this one because it’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about their job and employees and takes pride in how everything looks. I plan on writing to dollar generals corporate as well to let them know, this man deserves a raise!! Amazing!! A+++”

“Nice and clean Publix, a small one though. Typically everything in stock when I shop there, but limited on some things being a smaller publix. Staff is nice. Easy parking lot to get in, not so easy out...but thats every parking lot in FL.”
