“Publix is my favorite grocery store. Always clean and well stocked. Delicious items in the bakery, deli, with readymade food you can grab and go if in a hurry. Publix carries the widest variety of foods of any chain I've been in. And don't get me started about a sub from the deli. Pub subs are the absolute best subs of everywhere! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Publix is always my first choice.”
“A quick stop that saved the day! My dogs needed some wipes for their paws and the customer service was great! The cashier pointed me right to where I might find them and I DID! He was very friendly and helpful. This location has lots of parking and the store is very organized.”
“Everyone is so kind and caring. Plus they are happy to answer any questions. It is very customer focused as apposed to the Big Chain pharmacies. The phone is always answered (no horrible menus) and phone calls are returned. We are so happy we have changed all our perscriptions to them!”

“I had an incredible experience at CVS in Bonita thanks to an outstanding attendant who truly went above and beyond to help me with my passport photo and overall shopping needs. She was patient, professional, and went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect. It's rare to find such exceptional customer service these days! “Well staffed, busy and helpful pharmacy staff if one is patient when there in person. The automated phone service has improved; but, the text service is wanting improvement. For a small CVS, it is well stocked and the manager is open to suggestions.”

“I spoke to customer service employee Melissa about 2 weeks ago not sure if she is in mechanicsburg or bonita though. Very nice, sweet, understanding young lady. She was sympathetic and listened to what I had to say. Melissa had patience with me. She took the time to listen and address my needs. Explained the process in a clear, understandable order. It’s been 2 weeks as I stated previously and I still can’t get over how great she was.My doctors office had to call, and fortunately they had Melissa answer the phone as well. My office told me she probably the most helpful person they spoke to that day and went on to explain that she knew exactly what to do without hesitation. Although they’re not used to these procedures Benecard has, the office had a smooth entry into the process with her explanation.I was hoping there was a survey for the call. Unfortunately not. She deserves the recognition. Thank you Melissa and thank you Benecard for having a great employee.”

“I had eye surgery and needed 4 different eye drops faxed to pharmacy. Having surgery is stressful enough but to complicate matters finding out medication is out of stock. Madeline was extremely helpful in trying to locate the needed drops and communicating with me every step she took to obtain quickly. It is refreshing to find someone who truly fits the bill of caring and delivering customer service. Thank you Madeline for providing exemplary care in pharmacy .”
“This Walgreens has two new pharmacists. Shawn and Anthony and they are over the top nice and compassionate. I’m so happy I can talk to them when needed. The new store manager , his name is something like “Vento” is also a very nice and welcome addition .”
