“Had to ship a huge parcel back to Amazon. The box arrived ripped and in terrible shape. I scheduled a return, but UPS said that the box was so bad, they couldn't accept it.
I had to take it to a UPS store and state that I needed a box.
I went to Pak--n-Ship and the person came to my car and he helped me take everything inside.
He re-packed everything and was absolutely WONDERFUL!!!
