Truist is a great branch with a beautiful location and always helpful staff. The team makes clients feel their needs are important and resolves them promptly. They offer very helpful guidance on all finance inquiries, ensuring a positive experience. Services are temporarily adjusted for health and safety, with some in-person visits by appointment only and enhanced sanitization measures. The staff is excellent and very time efficient, a big reason clients continue to bank with Truist for personal and business needs.
I wish i could give 0 stars because thats what they deserve. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru after I sent my money. Finally had to hit the call button. He acted like I was an inconvenience. It was a simple deposit. Avoid this place at all costs.

Horrible customer service. They do not follow through. Inadequate staff. They don't return phone calls.

While I like the convenience of the bank and they try to give good customer service, for what ever reasons they aren’t dependable at getting things done that they say they will do.
