“I was surprised and disheartened to see the negative reviews of JB Cruises/Vacations. My experiences with them have been nothing short of stellar. In particular, it's clear they've been doing this a long time. They know the nuances of all the ships across multiple cruise lines. Their descriptions and advice were always dead-on. The one time we'd arranged for a shuttle bus there was absolutely no problem. A clean and comfortable van arrived right on time with a very pleasant driver. I don't know why the other reviewers had trouble or who was really at fault. But if those experiences were typical then JB Vacations wouldn't have remained in business as long as they have. I suspect that the vast majority of clients were happy and so never bothered to write a review. I myself wouldn't hesitate to use JB Vacations again. My advice would be to talk to them and get your own sense of their abilities. And have an amazing vacation!”
“I was given my rental car in excellent condition with a full tank of gas. The young man in the office, was very efficient and knowledgeable.
Returning the vehicle was super. Due to complications, I was unable to arrive on time. They kept the office open, after hours, and waited for me to get a full tank of gas. Thus, I am not only happy for the service at Enterprise, I am also grateful for their kindness and compassion.”

A special shoutout to the Area Manager, Irina Mentoya, who was amazing and so helpful when we returned the vehicle. She gave us a lot of great details for our future rentals with Sixt. To top it all off, the car was in perfect condition.”
