“I was surprised and disheartened to see the negative reviews of JB Cruises/Vacations. My experiences with them have been nothing short of stellar. In particular, it's clear they've been doing this a long time. They know the nuances of all the ships across multiple cruise lines. Their descriptions and advice were always dead-on. The one time we'd arranged for a shuttle bus there was absolutely no problem. A clean and comfortable van arrived right on time with a very pleasant driver. I don't know why the other reviewers had trouble or who was really at fault. But if those experiences were typical then JB Vacations wouldn't have remained in business as long as they have. I suspect that the vast majority of clients were happy and so never bothered to write a review. I myself wouldn't hesitate to use JB Vacations again. My advice would be to talk to them and get your own sense of their abilities. And have an amazing vacation!”
“Fast , friendly and knowledgeable about all the options available to me . They provide transportation to get me to there office and picked up the rental , so that I wouldn’t have to make an extra trip . Awesome customer service.”

“We picked up the car quickly, and the staff was incredibly efficient and straightforward. A special shoutout to the Area Manager, Irina Mentoya, who was amazing and so helpful when we returned the vehicle. She gave us a lot of great details for our future rentals with Sixt. To top it all off, the car was in perfect condition.”
