“Our easiest car rental yet- we didn't need paperwork after prebooking online. After arriving off the airport shuttle we went to the outdoor desk probably 20 steps away, said our name, and were told to pick a car directly behind his booth. We put our luggage in the back and off we went to the exit gate. The lady at the exit gate asked our name and scanned our car code, then off we went. We rented a very clean, smokefree Chevy Malibu.”

“Fast , friendly and knowledgeable about all the options available to me . They provide transportation to get me to there office and picked up the rental , so that I wouldn’t have to make an extra trip . Awesome customer service.”
“Jason was great at the counter , he helped and explained all available options and put the extra effort in to make sure I understood them . He showed me how the new system to retrieve the car key's worked . He walked outside with me and offered to pull the car up front when I decided to walk to the car (which was close) he went above and beyond and helped me with my suitcase and bags . That was something that you don't see to often and it was much appreciated . I'm not sure what position he has as a employee for Sixt but his going above and beyond was great encounter and he is definitely a asset to your company .

“The GM Michael was so great! Somehow, I was able to reserve my car on a holiday that the office was closed. I had no other transportation lined up to fall back on. Michael put his holiday on hold and picked me up from the airport and opened the office just so I could get my rental. He was very pleasant about the situation. Most places would have just told you to figure it out on your own. I am so grateful and will using ACE every time I visit FL.”

“I was surprised and disheartened to see the negative reviews of JB Cruises/Vacations. My experiences with them have been nothing short of stellar. In particular, it's clear they've been doing this a long time. They know the nuances of all the ships across multiple cruise lines. Their descriptions and advice were always dead-on. The one time we'd arranged for a shuttle bus there was absolutely no problem. A clean and comfortable van arrived right on time with a very pleasant driver. I don't know why the other reviewers had trouble or who was really at fault. But if those experiences were typical then JB Vacations wouldn't have remained in business as long as they have. I suspect that the vast majority of clients were happy and so never bothered to write a review. I myself wouldn't hesitate to use JB Vacations again. My advice would be to talk to them and get your own sense of their abilities. And have an amazing vacation!”

“Walked in said I needed an F150 was told that there wereno trucks available right now with a tow hitch at all. Discouraged I walked out cussing because my workday was ruined but was met by a man telling me to get back in and sit down he was was finding one. I wanted an F150 but ended up with a F350 service body. Moral of the story they got me in a truck and as a self employed person what more can you ask for.”

She picked me up when I first arrived and, by coincidence, was also the driver who dropped me back off at the airport. She was friendly, professional, helpful, and made both rides enjoyable. “They let me rent a Chevy crude Lt for real cheap. They even sell used cars for 5 -10k range or even cheaper. I am really glad I reached out to them first after my mechanic Alberto recommended me to them. If I need a car rental They are the first ones I'd call. $50 per day. Salute bros”
“I want to commend the staff that assisted me when I dropped my SUV off today, but locked the doors before getting my suitcase out. (I'd left the keys inside as directed.) It was pretty hot at DFW, but the manager (Lisa I believe) got me a cold water and the two guys were able to open the door like champs. This is my second time renting from National and it will not be the last! Awesome company!”
