Worst customer service. never a banker available. When i needed a question answered , they had a banker named “Luna” reach out and she was uninformative, not very nice, and just said call the number on the back of the card . Terrible customer service. Staff is rarely in and condescending when they are. Recommend Delray Marketplace for a great experience!
