“We ordered a refrigerator from the store and unfortunately it was damaged upon delivery. We needed to work with an associate at the store to ensure return of the damaged refrigerator and delivery of the new refrigerator happened as close together as possible. I worked with Dolan in the appliance section, and he was unbelievably helpful. I was very worried that it would not be an easy process but he assisted in our new purchase and called Home Depot corporate to have the pickup and delivery happen on the exact same day. I am extremely grateful to Dolan and appreciate how easy he made a stressful situation.”

“Home Depot was busy today. I couldn’t find a flat cart to purchase 2 toilets. After walking around the store and through the parking lot, I asked Pierre for some help. He walked the parking lot and store with me in search of a cart. We finally found one. Pierre loaded the two toilets onto the cart for me and pushed them to the register. He then told me to bring my car around and packed them both into my car. I tried to give him a tip as a thank you gesture and he declined. Pierre, you are top notch and made my shopping experience a pleasure. Thank you!”

“Huge choice of good whatever your diy project is. When you buy something that is boxed, make sure all the parts are still in there as unfortunately some people help themselves and it is hard to police.We had a few parts missing on a mailbox we bought. We returned to the shop and the staff were very understanding and helpful”
