“I visited this store today just before closing and was met by John out front. He was busy moving some items but made it a point to engage me and figure out what I needed. Once I told him I was looking for a specialty screw he told me to meet him inside on aisle 7. He came in about one minute after I walked in and met me in aisle 7 and was extremely kind and helpful. He figured out what my need was and quickly found the screw I was looking for. He tested everything and sent me on my way. If only all retail encounters can be like John this world would be a better place. Kudos to John!”

“We had Rowan help us look for kitchen appliances today and his customer service was great. He was able to help us with the dimensions, what would fit best into our kitchen and was helpful looking at stock in other stores even when Lowe's did not have them available. If you need any 5 star assistance then please look for this gentleman. Thank you for making the experience enjoyable.”

“Great experience today. There was a person at the door to help people as they arrived I had to do a return. Everything went smoothly an she told me exactly where I needed to go in the store for something else I wanted. At least 3 individual employees asked if the could help me find something and there were other employees visible and ready to help. The gentlemen in the garage door area were super helpful and friendly.”
