At least 3 individual employees asked if the could help me find something and there were other employees visible and ready to help.
The gentlemen in the garage door area were super helpful and friendly.”

“I visited this store today just before closing and was met by John out front. He was busy moving some items but made it a point to engage me and figure out what I needed. Once I told him I was looking for a specialty screw he told me to meet him inside on aisle 7. He came in about one minute after I walked in and met me in aisle 7 and was extremely kind and helpful. He figured out what my need was and quickly found the screw I was looking for. He tested everything and sent me on my way. If only all retail encounters can be like John this world would be a better place. Kudos to John!”
