“I went to this store after spending the time at an Apple Store, which was supposed to help me with a issue on an iPhone 16 with hardware issues. Upon entering this store Maria greeted and listened to what was my issue was with the iPhone that I had. She very clearly had the best solution to my problem; explained the correction and saved me a lot of repair money, which had been told to me at the Apple Store. I agreed to the correction and Maria made it all happen and I received a new phone the next day without question. Maria has an excellent direct personal communicator skill and is above-and-beyond with the business she conducts with people.. Excellent service at this location. Thank you very much”
