“I Purchased a phone and watch another nearby AT&T store and they were unable to help me get my watch activated (just up the street on federal highway). Carlos made one phone call from my cell phone and though some trial and error was able to get me connected to the right people at AT&T technical support and get my watch activated. I really wish he could've got the commission for my phone as he is a phenomenal technician and salesman. Please give him whatever he asks for because he is so worth keeping around.”
