“I went to this T-Mobile with my best friend this evening and experienced some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. Jordi by far, hands done, delivered a phenomenal customer service experience. He answered all of our questions exceptionally. He made sure we understood the different plan options and devices we were interested in. Though he was juggling multiple customers he made every one of them feel heard. The best associate I’ve ever interacted with at any T-Mobile location, if I could give him 10 stars I would.”
“Better than my PREMIUM phone provider. I have one to two bars in my house using Spectrum which rides on the Verizon network. I miss more calls and it has been horrible since I've been here. I went out and got a Cricket phone and I have two three or four bars at all times and don't miss any calls. By the way Cricket is half the price.”
“I went to this store after spending the time at an Apple Store, which was supposed to help me with a issue on an iPhone 16 with hardware issues. Upon entering this store Maria greeted and listened to what was my issue was with the iPhone that I had. She very clearly had the best solution to my problem; explained the correction and saved me a lot of repair money, which had been told to me at the Apple Store. I agreed to the correction and Maria made it all happen and I received a new phone the next day without question. Maria has an excellent direct personal communicator skill and is above-and-beyond with the business she conducts with people.. Excellent service at this location.

“I called 5 local stores for Metro. This particular store went to voicemail. The first store that did answer my call and didn't immediately put me on hold for 5 plus min. (i hung up) or send me direct to voicemail, said they can't share phone prices on the phone. SMH
