Great online and in person customer service. Process to rent a van to transport a purchase was smooth. Will definitely use them again.

I almost never rent trucks from Penske - I usually use Uhual… those days are over! With the new app that Penske uses you don’t even have to go inside to rent a truck! It’s much cheaper with the app as well… insurance and 50 miles included in 39.99 price for a box truck with a ramp. Can’t beat it…
