“In my experience the service was long the car was held for nearly 3 months, I felt the workers had delayed the car until the owner and i talked, he stepped in and I recieved it after 2 weeks. Mr Freddy worked so hard for me to recieve it, despite how busy his team was. Overall I am satisfied with the detail and work done in my car!”

“D & D towed a car from an accident a family member was in. The tow truck driver was very carid and informed me the family member said he was feeling OK, but that he had bleeding and should definitely seek medical attention. Family members phone died soon after I was called as emergency contact. I could not find him, I called police and FHP they could not locate any report with the info. I called tow truck company back, they were able to get me a case number which helped me get info to locate my family. Without their help it would have been bad. The family was confused and injured and FHP told him to walk to the gas station since he said he felt ok, and get a ride from there. The towing company was more compassionate than they needed to be and super helpful. Such nice people. Thank you!!!”
