“Unfortunately needed Becks service this week when one of my family's cars was in a car accident. When I arrived at the scene, the driver was extremely professional, detailed, and courteous.
At the yard itself, Stephanie is utterly amazing. First off, for being a tow yard, it's clean and organized. Stephanie was extremely helpful and tried to make a bad day get better. Regardless I was referred here by another local mechanic to have Jim fix my differential on a 2019 Ram 1500. Jim was very professional, explained everything ordered parts and my truck is now good as new. Please ignore the bad reviews, he is a great mechanic and he knows what he is doing.
