“Louie was great! I shut my Samsung phone in the lift gate of my SUV & T-Mobile couldn't transfer anything as the screen was just gone, so Ubreak & Louie to the rescue. The transfer was NOT straightforward as the app I absolutely HAD to have - a notepad - would NOT transfer. This app had all my passwords & other saved info on many pages. I brought the phone back & Louie had to really work to find the problem & get all the info transferred. The app was web based (or something - I am NOT tech savvy in ANY way) & it wasn't transferring plus we had an issue with my gmail account that complicated everything. When nothing worked he figured out a way to transfer every page from the app individually. It was quite a job for him as I had MANY different pages that had to be dealt with. As far as I'm concerned his dedication was above & beyond. I can't thank him enough!”
