“I wanted to give a shout out to Allen at Satellite phone store ! We bought a satellite mini for our camper and ultimately tried to use it at our house since we sold the camper at the lake . Unfortunately we had issues with it due to us having it for a while and not setting up at home promptly .. it needed some updates and Allen was amazing at working through the issues communicating with Starlink to get it resolved and up and running .. unfortunately it wasn’t compatible with our home .. he was knowledgeable, professional and relentless in trying to fix it and we couldn’t be more impressed ! Thank you Allen for all the time you put into resolving our issue ! You don’t find customer service people who truly care anymore ! He stood out !!!”

“i took my iPhone 11 to pretty much every phone shop around here because I had my grandma’s pictures on it and I couldn’t recover them. Everywhere I went, it was either extremely expensive or nobody even really acknowledged me or took the time to figure out what was wrong. Then I came to Phone Physician, and they figured out the problem in literally 10 minutes! They were actually willing to help and cared about getting my phone working again. I’m extremely grateful because those pictures meant a lot to me. Best phone repair shop around, and I highly recommend them!”

“When I first opened my account, I was supposed to receive a promotional credit for turning in my phone toward a new purchase, but the promotion never went through. Julian immediately understood the issue, took ownership of the situation, and resolved everything quickly and professionally. He went above and beyond to make sure the credit was honored, explained each step clearly, and handled the entire process with patience and care. Exceptional customer service like this is rare—huge thank you to Julian for making a stressful situation effortless.”

“Thank you, Cynthia! Cynthia truly went above and beyond in helping me resolve my issue. For full disclosure I work at this Costco (not for TMobile), but I use to manage a cell phone store and I know a good employee when I see one, and that is Cynthia! In helping me transfer my phone from Verizon (btw, everyone on the team at the t-Mobile kiosk pitched in and helped so kudos to Cody and his staff), I emphasized what was important to me. She recognized why it was important to me and helped me, going above and beyond so that the transfer could be completed even though there could be potential complications. And sure enough the potential complication did arise, and Cynthia hung in there with me even after hours to make sure that it got resolved relieving an enormous amount of stress off of me. So thank you, Cynthia! And thank you to the Team at the T-Mobile kiosk at Costco Bradenton. Great job!”

“Samantha really is amazing especially since a man came in to pay his bill walked out no problem and the girl with him got out the car came in with his receipt and asked the manager for 36 cents which she replied would come as a credit on the account and the lady just stood there and waited then got on her phone talking crap and the manager kindly told her if she didn’t like the metro store she’s in she’s always welcome to go to another like Samantha is better then me and was extremely professional about the situation. Like how you come in the store asking for change that wasn’t even yours and then get upset with the answer because you didn’t like it. Get a job and a life and don’t go back to the metro store if you only go to try and make issues. Again Samantha is amazing and really handles situations the best and always takes care of me and my family anytime we have a problem or situation because she knows her stuff unlike that lady who clearly hates her life lol..”

“My Lady's cellphone needed replacement. We did some online research and decided to visit our local Cricket. The staffers were professional and polite, and made it simple for her to select a great new phone, service and phone protection plan. They transferred her cell number from the prior provider, and set up the new phone. I recommend you give them a try at the 4931 14th Street West location (Unit C) in Bradenton FL 34207.
