“I had the original repair done at a UBreakiFix in St Louis and it was not done correctly. The screen would not turn on. I emailed the team in St Louis several times and no response, so out of desperation I went to the Sarasota store on Tamiami to plead for help. The service I received was amazing. He checked in my machine and assured me that they would figure something out with the store that originally did the repair. I picked it up the next week and it worked perfectly at no cost. It was a simple internal cable issue they resolved quickly. Doesn't matter what the actual problem was because before they knew what the problem was they took ownership of the issue. Thank you for a great experience and now that we are in SRQ permanently you will be our go-to repair store!”
