I called initially on a Monday, the ordered part arrived on Tuesday, and by Tuesday afternoon it was fixed. Very happy.”

“My pool pump needed a bearing replacement. George in the service department is knowledgeable and took time to explain a number of details concerning the repair. He also responded to an after hours text on Friday evening to answer a question that was critical to getting the pump back in service. That is nothing short of exceptional customer service, which is a rare fine these days. I highly recommend this company based upon my experience.

My bfs iPhones 13 needed the front+back screens repaired as well as the charging port and the owner was able to fix all of it on a Sunday afternoon. Next time, I would just text him in advance because I believe on weekends he is on call. Thank you!”
“I had some issues with my MacBook Pro not connecting to Wifi and the track pad not working well. Nick, the owner, got me in same day and was able to diagnose and fix it for less than half of what I would have paid at the Apple Store! He warranties his work and when my computer wouldn't connect to Wifi the next day, he got it in and found out another part was bad, so he replaced that too at no extra charge! I highly recommend these guys for anyone with a computer/iPad/phone issue. They ar great, timely, and guarantee their work!”
“Sears technician, Peter, was knowledgeable, professional, and quick to diagnose the issue with the refrigerator filter. Unfortunately, the fridge is just over 15 yrs old so there is no replacement part available unless I can find it online and a technician will be able to install it for me. He did give other suggestions which was very helpful. I’m happy to have had this appointment because I found a lot of value in paying for an informed diagnosis . I give Peter 5 stars.
