Pretty disappointed in the variety of shoes that they have. Going online, you see all sorts of New Balance shoes. Not saying they need all of them or most of them but you would think they would have more to offer.

Julie Gomez is an outstanding sales person. She devoted so much time to be sure that i had the proper fit for new tennis shoes. She was caring and personable and made the buying experience a pleasure. This is why i come to New Balance.

Stopped by New Balance shoe store at University Town Center (UTC) today. Was greeted by Lauren. Very approachable and friendly with valuable information on what kind of footwear I needed for my foot issue. She took a high tech measurement and image of my feet and ankles. Fit me with arch supports and the nicest looking and stylish New Balance sneaker. Very pleased and will recommend this store highly.
My feet never felt better!!!

I have been struggling with plantar fasciitis for months now. It’s been getting progressively worse even with insoles, stretching, and massaging. I finally decided to go to New Balance to see if I could find something that would abate the pain and wow - Julia saved the day!
Julia was so knowledgable and helped me to understand why I have been having issues with my foot. She recommended a shoe I would never have known to look for and I feel like I’m walking on a supportive cushion for the first time in months.
Julia, thank you so much for your expertise and time! I am so grateful to not feel that pain every time I take a step.

My son bought shoes and inserts a few weeks ago. He started a new job last week in his feet 8 hours. His feet hurt and he went back in today to get help and was told nothing could be done! WTH? We spent over $200 for nothing! Poor customer service and products!

Came in today to find a shoe that would fit my wife’s new medical foot brace. Julia was extremely helpful and patient when trying on and recommending different shoes. She is very knowledgeable as well. She is a high value to the company and I will come back because of her.
