This is how I felt while trying to implement a new diet for my dog. I originally thought that I was going to have to figure out all these remaining questions myself (as it was taking so long to get a reply from the doctors), but when I called Holistic Pets looking for the proper foods, the nutritional expert, Gregory, told me to bring in the medical documents from the meeting with my doctor for an in-house consultation. Very quickly, he was able to answer all of my remaining questions, help me select the proper foods, and help me select items that were more affordable for me. Highly recommend Holistic Pets!

As part of the project we upgraded the faucets for the wet table. Of course I forgot to order the faucets until it was time to install them.THE GOOD: I called Nate Ditchfield. He over night shipped the faucets to me.THE BAD: The manufacture had mislabeled the box so the faucets were wrong and all of the stock they had was wrong. If that is not enough the manufacture was 3 weeks out on the correct faucet with spray.Nate Sent the correct faucet (less spray) at no additional charge. I was able to get the faucets installed and keep my customer happy.Nate communicated with me weekly as to any updated information. When the spray hoses did come in he fast shipped them to me ( at no additional cost).Because of the communication from Nate I was able to keep my customer informed and happy. Now that the project is completed the faucets look great and work even better.Nate Thank you for sticking with me through all of this. You made me feel like I was your only customer.I I will only use PETLIFT for all my needs in the future.Larry

They carry a large assortment of pet toys. The staff will come by and ask if you need help with anything which is a definite plus for me because I rarely see staff from many corporations that do that anymore. They do offer sale prices at times, but the only reason I couldn't give them a "5" is because the prices are fairly high for someone with multiple pets. Overall it was a good shopping experience.

He had to make another trip the next week here and he told me to get her into the bathroom and he went and wrestled her into the carrier. He speaks very sweetly to her, and even though she hates what he did today, I don't think she hates him. A bit pricey, compared to other groomers, but she is way too shy to take to a grooming shop. Mobile is the only way to go for her.

Dr. Levine’s reviews were overwhelmingly stellar. There were a few concerning ones, admittedly—but after my own experience, I can confidently say I strongly disagree with the claims about unfair communication or billing.
Yes, specialty care is expensive. And yes, they are busy. But at no point did I feel unheard, rushed, or dismissed. Communication was clear, thorough, and compassionate, and I always felt like my dog truly mattered to the entire team.
This practice is knowledgeable, dedicated, and incredibly professional. From start to finish, the care we received was absolutely worth it. These guys are awesome, and I would not hesitate to trust them again with my pet’s care.

8239 Cooper Creek Blvd, BradentonI have a 3 year-old Golden Retriever who was recently diagnosed with mast cell tumor. A month post treatment of the MTC, I noticed swollen lymph nodes and went back to see the specialist who had treated him. The specialist would have required a week before testing the lymph nodes due to scheduling. I walked in without an appointment to UAC in uncontrollable tears. The front staff handled my anxiousness perfectly and gave reassurance. Dr. Lexi saw us right away and did an FNA of two lymph nodes. The results were positive for lymphoma. She personally called me with the results and expressed her sincerest condolences. Dr. Lexi will be the one who will be putting him down when the time comes. I have never felt more at home then after enduring such traumatic news from a staff who not only knew how to handle it, but also felt my pain as well. The staff at this clinic will always be viewed as family to me. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have them and their support through this terrible process. They truly love their patients and the patients' owners.

They are so compassionate and kind, about 3 weeks ago I had to take my handsome 15yr old Casper as emergency, I could barely focus because I was so scared and worried for my bubby but the staff was so helpful. Unfortunately we made the heartbreaking decision to let him go ? the staff was so patient with us, especially with me because I think the whole clinic heard my wailing, it was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make, the vet doctor was truly such an amazing person and offered me comfort. The nurse was more than helpful with everything and even helped us get to our vehicle .That day was the hardest day ever for me but knowing and feeling that I was supported by the staff truly helped with my grieving. Thank you to everyone there you all are such an incredible team! ?

He allowed me to pay him for my first visit on my next visit, very helpful. The facility is hard to find, it’s not labeled and you have to go through several gates. It’s best to call first. They have a large property for the dogs and the water was crystal clear blue. The dogs love it!

You can tell they use good quality ingredients because everything tastes fresh and **really delicious. The waffles were amazing fluffy, tasty, and cooked just right. The Açaí Bowls and protein shakes were also a hit: smooth, flavorful, and filling without being too heavy.

Service is good but since it's a small place they only had one server/hostess/busser so be patient. The atmosphere is spartan, tables and chairs with minimal art on the walls. There isn't much wall for decoration.

Honor Animal Rescue
4951 Lorraine Rd, BradentonNate's was a welcoming experience from the moment we were greeted upon entering the lobby. I'm a senior citizen who lives alone and whose daughter wished for me to have a companion. We were shown the kittens, and you know the rest of the story. We left within 1 hour, accompanied by a tiny calico kitten. The facility was very clean and did not have an unpleasant odor. The entire cost was $85.00 for all the shots and neutering. Warning! Do not visit unless you plan to leave with a pet, as the animals are so adorable. Nate's is well organized with a knowledgable staff..
