I had a shifting issue and PlayTri Sarasota mechanics resolved the issue for me there and then. He talked me through what the problem was and even corrected my chain length as it was 3 links too long. Customer service at its best!

Had issues with the derailleur on my Pinarello Paris bike which I could not repair. Schedule appointment online with Playtri Sarasota and returned bike functioning as good as new. Have been a previous customer and will return again. Great service and extremely friendly staff. Highly recommended.
