“I've had nothing but great experiences at this UPS Store. One employee has helped me several times with printing documents and is always friendly, accommodating, and efficient. On my most recent visit, another employee (a tall gentleman whose name I didn't catch) helped me with a Happy Returns package that I'd accidentally over-taped. He immediately reassured me that it wasn't a problem and even pointed out that the instructions don't make that clear, so it was an easy mistake to make. I really appreciated how kind and understanding he was.
This is a busy store, but I'm always impressed by how quickly and efficiently they handle every transaction. Whether I'm printing documents or making a return, everything is done smoothly and professionally. Every staff member I've interacted with (or even just observed helping other customers) has been personable, patient, and genuinely pleasant. Excellent customer service all around. Highly recommend!”

“I wish I could leave 10 stars. I’m leaving this 5 star review because of how I watched staff and management treat another customer. Even though my exp was 5 stars, like always. An elderly man who comes in often and was recognized by staff, didn’t have everything required to send his package. And the manager looked up and said that it won’t be a problem, he can make an exception for this gentlemen. You don’t get that small town treatment really anywhere these days. Especially from the corporate competition. A little humanity goes a very long ways. Class act operation, I don’t know how they stack up with the competition as far as prices, I don’t even care. I’ll pay whatever they charge any day of the week to know I’m going to get treated fair.”
“THE BEST SHIPPING PRICES AROUND!!!!!! Today I was told by THE UPS STORE right around the corner from THE MAIL STATION they just didn't feel like making a box to ship my item. (UPS OWNER literally said they didn't feel like dealing with making a box) I was in a panic, this spraying machine HAD to be shipped! We have a huge job in KNOX that needed it ASAP. Although it was a little bulky and 46lbs, Tim and Sue offered me shipping and never made me feel like a burden, not to mention they helped me 20 mins before closing! ANGELS!! Thank you guys so much.”

“Am seeing some low reviews for this location but that was not my experience at all. I was staying at Myakka State Park campground and a package I was waiting for got delayed and was going to arrive too late for me to wait for it there (tracking said it would arrive by 9pm), so I called the dist center and they told me it would first go to this location. That's where Kenny gave me outstanding customer service. He took my tracking number and cell phone and intercepted the package in the morning. Then he called me and said he had it in hand. I was able to pick it up at 10am and continue my journey without delay. He truly went above and beyond. Thank you Kenny!”
