“I have been in to this shop several times over the past few years. We put news tires on one car, trouble shot issues on my daughter’s car and installed new brake pads and rotors for my wife’s car. I have been very happy with the quality of service and the people working there are really what keeps me coming back. In particular Richard is one of the nicest people I have ever met. My daughter drove by on her way to school and Richard recognized the car and saw she had a tail light out. He called me and I had her swing by and he fixed it so quickly. I don’t know how long it may have gone unnoticed if Richard hadn’t seen it and known the car. The people there are the best!”

“Jason was so amazing !!! I've been dealing with tire problems and just bought a rim 2 months ago. I had a dent in another rim. Called in for a quote and he was very kind, patient and was able to assist me when I came by. They got they dent out and he even showed me how to check my air pressure. For me this is true customer service. He went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Now I don't have to spend $150+ on a new rim or be stressed out because of a flat tire. “I was going to start ugly crying because my insurance wouldn't answer and the app wouldn't load for my tow service so I drove on the rim white knuckles to this shop after calling 2 others to see if they had my size tire. They were at the end of the day and I had to drive so slow to get there but they stopped everything when we rolled in. I don't speak Spanish well but that didn't matter, I got a used tire for $75. They forgot to put the air cap back on the tube so that's a bummer but the tire they gave me is nicer than all my other tires lol. I have my own inflation tool but my tire exploded so needed a whole new tire. I learned the car I bought had no spare”

“I made a decision to invest in a major repair to my AC in my 2005 Lexus since I owned from new. I had two other Auto Repair centers make their own evaluations on discovering the problem. Each one came back with the same diagnosis requiring the replacement of the ac evaporator. This was a major costly repair that cause me to question whether this option was worth it.But after receiving prices, understanding the procedures and with the confidence to move forward, I choose Beilers.Beiler's were my best choice. Once, they were able to patch my tire, which was great (and really affordable - under $10). Recently, I wasn't as lucky, since we'd been driving on the tire for a while as it lost air. But the shop had a used tire in stock that would work, and it was still really affordable. All repairs are done quickly but still very thoroughly, since they make sure that everything is balanced and properly set up before they'll send you on your way.”

The existing clamp was not keeping the pipe connections secured. Travis from the front counter came out and replaced the clamp and did not charge me. My car is back to running normal. Called 301 tires at 5:00 had me come in. They close at 5:30, worked late on a Friday and had me rolling out for less money. They had more than six guys working. Looked like a pit crew. Had me out in 30 minutes. I wish I would have bought my tires from them. Awesome company.”
