“First time shopping at Ollie's in Bradenton. I was surprised at the huge selection in each department. I was not disappointed! I bought a coffee maker and sandwich maker among other items. On the downside, my daughter was with me and when we had our purchases rang up, the cashier was extremely rude! I was putting my credit card back in my wallet and she said hurry up! And told the lady behind me to get her purchases on the counter. If I was her boss, she would have been fired!!! Terrible customer service!”

“I visited Five Below for the first time today, and the experience was fantastic. They have an incredible variety of items across so many categories. The store manager, William, provided exceptional customer service—easily a 100/100. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the inventory and helped me find everything on my list. At checkout, he mentioned that signing up with my email would save me 10% on my next purchase. On top of that, since I had quite a few items, he recommended a reusable bag for $0.39 that I can bring back every time I shop. William’s positive energy, humor, and great smile were contagious. I was having a rough day before walking in, but his warm attitude completely turned my mood around. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does. If you are looking for a fun place to shop with cool products, I highly recommend this Five Below location. Be sure to ask for William—he goes above and beyond to make the trip worthwhile!”

“The employees here are wonderful! Such a great selection of toys, puzzles, games, Legos, jewelry, squishies etc for children, the list goes on! Such a good sized store front. They even do free gift wrapping!!! It’s hard to find ANYTHING free in today’s world let alone employees who are willing to wrap it with a smile. They even have an area in the back with a few things for the kids to play with and my 2 year old did not want to leave the play diner area. Now, I saw people in other reviews talking about pricing…this is clearly a privately owned business, in the heart of UTC, where everything is expensive. So you can not expect Walmart pricing at this store. They pick GOOD children’s toys to stock their store with & it’s a small business, so the pricing reflects that. We will 100% be back, & whether it’s for your own child or gifts for others, this is definitely a place to go!!”

“Ileana was working the floor and she helped me find all the items I needed. Super friendly and a positive attitude. The young lady at the register I didn't get her name but she was also extremely helpful and made my checkout experience so much better. This is by far the nicest five below I've been to in a very long time.”

“I had the best experience of my life working with Fabyan; I’ve been a Build a Bear kid at heart since I was soooo little (had my 7th Birthday party at the store location in the old old Westfield Mall so many moons ago) and for my adult birthday, Fabyan was unbelievably helpful!! I will always love Build a Bear!”
