The battery died on my cell phone and I had a lot of trouble getting it replaced. I went to Batteries Plus and Termaine was able to order a battery for me. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and courteous. I wish I had gone there sooner. I highly recommend Batteries Plus for all of your needs.

Excellent work and super fast repair. After having to order the parts (older phone model) they shipped them really fast and got to the store a days earlier than anticipated. The work was set to be around 2 hours but within the same hour I received a call that it was completed. Phone looks brand new again and works perfectly.... read full comment
