Very friendly and professional, he tested the battery, confirmed it needed replacement. Got me a brand new battery with 3yr warranty and installed it for me, with the protective rings and the grease. Excellent service, highly recommended!”

“I needed new windshield wipers and coming to O'Reilly Auto Parts was the correct decision. I came in and was immediately greeted and helped before I had the chance to get overwhelmed by the store. Claudio told me which wipers I would need for my car, showed me the options with a pros and cons explanation for each option, and helped me do the install. One of my old wipers was stuck, and Zoey went out of her way without being asked by Claudio or I and helped remove it. Fantastic service from both employees!”

“I recently brought my 2019 Corvette Grand Sport to this O’Reilly Auto Parts location for a replacement battery. I worked with Andres, the Store Manager, to find a compatible option. He was able to recommend a battery that was better than the OEM and even slightly cheaper.
I also asked if he could install it. The installation was tricky and definitely required some finesse, but Andres stuck with it and successfully got it installed. He truly went above and beyond my expectations, and I really appreciated his attention to detail.
