High level of professionalism, courtesy and intelligence during whole process - from my first call to a Mr. Austin Devall to an end of my visit of the dealership. Every interaction with any employees was highly efficient and respectful. Every point of the transaction was 100% accurate and beyond. For example business manager Mr. Anthony Cubero was very attentive and helped me to arrange my finance loan on the better terms then mine. Of course non of this would be happened if not my first, but hopefully not the last, contact with a true professional Mr. Austin DeVall, who's continious help and attention were able to achieve this deal for me. Thank you all very much. I would love to share my experience to anyone around me.

Great teamwork between GSM, SM, Sales Guy (Austin Devall), and Business Manager (Troy) to get me in and out of the Cadillac dealership efficiently with a great deal on a used vehicle. Also, the Cadillac showroom was spotless and tastefully decorated.

Service advisor, Lenny Patram, never fails to exceed my high expectations. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about the Alfa models from a technical perspective, but he ALWAYS makes me feel like a valued customer and treats me as a friend. NOTE: I purchased my 2018 Giulia Ti Sport Q4 back in central Ohio before we made the move to Florida. The techs that service my car always do an amazing and very thorough job. I used to use the Sarasota Maserati/Alfa Romeo dealership for service but after they changed management I had a very bad experience there. So instead of a 30 minute drive for service it’s now 1 hour 25 minutes to get to Ed Morse. Ironically, I met a guy yesterday to had a similar experience with the Sarasota dealer. He just bought a 2023 Stelvio demo from them and recently got a 2024 Tonale up north and has 2020 Stelvio also up north as they are only here in Florida part of the year. Ed Morse service is incredible, so much better than that of the Sarasota dealer even BEFORE their change on management over a year ago. If if ever buy another car (my 2018 Giulia is my forever car) it will be to replace my wife’s Nissan Rouge Sport and it will be either an Alfa Stelvio or Tonale. From Ed Morse, of course!

Drove over 1 hour to this dealership for a Quad test drive. After test drive we got to the "numbers" game with a very disrespectful Manager. Told us if we don't take this deal today, deal will not be there tomorrow. Of course we did not take his "great" deal and when we said NO and than he ripped the paper on our face and stated to go elsewhere. We will NEVER return or buy from this dealer, thanks to this great customer service " Manager". Hope the owner/s, read this feedback and address his issue. We have been already pre-approved and we were trying to get a good deal on a $80k+ Quad car. We will take the business elsewhere. Salesperson was wonderful and very helpful.

Service SUCKS!!!! I brought the car there for an issue with the parking sensor coming on while driving, and it's still not working! I called and never received a call back from the service advisor. It's a hour trip to this location and they don't have loaners! I should of bought a kia for this kind of service! 1 star cause can't leave a 0.

I dont know how this dealer works. I tried to get in contact with a sales consultant for over 4 days via facebook, email trying to get information on the Stelvio Quadrifoglio and all they did was asking for the same information over and over and never got in contact with anyone. One even told me (Vanessa) that she did not know what a Quadrifoglio was that she did not talk car language that if I wanted i should take a picture and visit the dealer. They could not even tell me if the car was even available just to go by the dealer... without any effort to motivate me or make the sale.

Living in Palm Harbor I leased my first Alfa from St. Pete. Sadly ALL 3 yrs were nothing but a nightmare due to the service department! Loving the look, driving experience and literally everything about the Giuila, I knew I was going to buy my next one. I reached out to Brandon Alfa, for my purchase and honestly was so blessed to meet, Shawn Langley. The first time I talked to Shawn it was like talking to a friend. He got me the exact make, model and interior, I wanted. I have even referred friends to him, they also now have an Alfa :), also couldn't say enough positive things about what a pleasure it was working with him. Today, was the real test with Brandon Alfa, I had to go to the service department..OMG, I couldn't be happier!! Brandon Garcia, thank you so much for your kindness, even though I had my times TOTALLY wrong. I can't believe the night and day difference you are all around!! ANYONE, looking for a lease/new purchase, take the extra drive and definitely stop by Ed Morse in Brandon, you will NOT be disappointed!!

Awful post-sale experience. Nobody bothered to tell me the car had been shipped, and I've been trying for 2+ weeks to get a temporary tag while I wait for the title and have gotten no where.Unless it has the exact car you want, find another dealership that cares about the customer experience AFTER they have your money.Would not recommend.

The service dept diagnosed my car for free,offered to wash it for free,corrected my tire pressures for free.The free coffee was good.My service manager paid my car a complement.They probably would have had free donuts if I had got there early.

I had a great experience at this dealership! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the right car for me. The financing process was smooth and easy, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. I had been searching for a specific spec of Alfa Romeo Stelvio for nearly a year before finding *the one* at Ed Morse Alfa. I live out of state so my husband had to fly down, inspect the vehicle, and drive it 10 hours home. Chris Oviedo did a great job in assisting us with our purchase! He was very polite and helpful and offered a great customer service experience.

Shawn and the staff were excellent and very helpful.I have never had a more relaxing and smooth transition in car buying experience as I did with Shawn. Definitely recommend him and the staff at Ed Morse Alfa Romea Fiat. I will not go to any other dealership ever again.

I bought a used CTS coupe. My salesman, Chris Oviedo, was terrific. The whole experience was pleasant, no high pressure tactics. I had to wait a couple of days to get delivery only because it still had not been detailed the brakes needed to be replaced. Very satisfied, happy customer!
