I have been to other Genius Bars and expected to be there for hours, but they got started not long after signing us in, and we left with new phone in hand and with all data transferred within an hour.”
“Incredible experience. 5/27 there was a power surge and it killed my PSU. I couldn’t find any suppliers that had my unit in stock and didn’t feel like dealing with that rabbit hole, wanted a solid independent “hole in the wall” tech repair shop, because it’s always better than the fools working corporate.
I dropped my PC off at 9:30 am,
It was diagnosed, repaired and ready for pickup by noon.
And the cost was very reasonable, basically the price of the upgraded part, plus some extra for labor.

“Im currently writing this review from the parking lot of Best Buy I want to speak about how great of an interaction I had with Jonathan one of the supervisors in the store. I came into the store as a novice photographer trying to find out more information about lenses and while Jonathan was not able to tell me much about the lenses, he offered to open the case in order for me to try on the different lenses on my camera and allow me to take photos with them After speaking with him, I let him know that the camera I recently purchased was on sale previously and Jonathan was able to confirm my Best Buy membership and was able to price match therefore allowing me to receive $150 refund his customer service skills are impeccable thank you”
