From the time I entered the store all of the team members were courteous, professional, and informative. All of them provided excellence in customer service and should be commended and awarded for how they represented Foot Locker. I will ask them if they heard anything from corporate when I go back to the store.

Staff is too laid back to where you have to hunt them down on a SLOW DAY! Then finally had to ask if I could order a pair from another store; sadly I had to make the suggestion to the employee since he didn’t offer up any solutions at all. Bet if he worked on commissions he would’ve been more attentive and thorough!
