“Krystal was awesome very attentive and patient with me. She also had knack for different variety’s of shoe brands. I appreciate the customer service, and I finally picked a shoe worth buying, and I have to say I’m sold on anything OnCloud. #greatexperience”
“I met with Shauna when I was in there shopping for my daughter and myself. She provided amazing customer service and displayed excellent product knowledge. She really made my trip to the store a memorable one. Thank you again Shauna!!”
“We went here for a birthday party for kids. They all had a wonderful time. The staff was very nice and helpful with the event. The kids played outside on the field and there was an area inside with tables and chairs that had AC. The kids also got to do some rock climbing that they really enjoyed.”
“They have these things, and im not sure how to say this; you put them on your head. The one between your shoulders. It's a clever idea. I dont know who thought of it”
“I had a great experience at footlocker today. The associates were customer friendly, fast, and eager to a help. Dj went the extra mile to make sure everyone waiting in line was good and offered other store promotions. All staff were great.”

“PLEASE BEWARE. I gave them 5 stars still because they made it right. Somehow they sold me a set of fake Nike Irons. With that being said. I know it’s mostly my fault but I didn’t think I had to worry with a big retail store selling fakes. I know they aren’t professional golf club guys so they are doing the best they can. THE VICE DRIVER they currently have on sale doesn’t look correct. I couldn’t be wrong. But I don’t see a driver of vice that looks anything like that online. So I have a feeling someone is selling fakes to them. Please do your research as a customer before you buy. I just don’t want what happened to me happening to someone else.
Great customer service! I talked with I think Keith yesterday. He was very professional with the golf clubs I had talked to him about. Thanks for caring!”
