Hi. I have been a regular customer of Jcpenny Salon for over two years. Master Victoria is always friendly, cheerful and is a true professional in her field. I have blonde hair, and it was difficult for me to find a hairdresser with such a careful attitude to the client's hair and an individual approach. I am always very satisfied with the result of her work. And I completely trust her advice on coloring or highlighting hair. Besides, her recommendations on how to care for my hair are always helpful. I highly recommend Victoria as a high-level hairdresser, a professional in her field and a wonderful person.

Ok selection. No one available to ask questions on the floor. Store has 2 entrances, one mall side, one parking lot side. Wife had picked out a few outfits for work, there was a person behind the jewelry counter register( by mall entrance where we came in) she would not check us out (there was no one else around) and told us we had to check out other end of store. So we left all the close there and left.

It’s always so hot in there. The women’s bathroom stalls have at least 4 stalls that don’t lock. It’s very frustrating. Fix it!

I stopped in at JCPenney to look for some specific makeup that I was struggling to track down. I had been to two other stores and did not receive much assistance and stopped in for one last attempt. Lily helped me and was an absolute gem! It was late on a Friday night but she took the time to help me find alternatives for what I was looking for. She was cheerful and helpful the whole time! I really appreciate the service she provided.

No one works in this store anymore. You wander around aimlessly trying to find someone to assist you. Half the items don't have prices! Sorry to see it go downhill!

This place is a clusterf-. Nobody has any idea what's going on, nothing rings up right, nobody knows why. My trip here was definitely the biggest waste of my time so far this year.
