“Store - Brandon showroom was laid out nicely with a wonderful selection. Staff - I did my primary order over the phone and the communication with Gill was outstanding. Timing - I received confirmation that my order was ready within a week, Which was excellent . I wish they had The tile shop in Sarasota, Florida.”

“I found Daryl’s Wood Workshop by chance, and I’m so glad I did! I had a drawer that went missing during a previous move, and I couldn’t find anyone who could make a replacement. Thankfully, I found Daryl, who crafted a new drawer that matches the original perfectly. His workmanship was excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Daryl’s Wood Workshop to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and great service!”

“Carlos provided exceptional customer service from start to finish! He took the time to walk my mom and me through the entire process of choosing and purchasing new flooring for our home. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. What really stood out was how comfortable and confident he made us feel about our purchase. He answered all our questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure we were completely satisfied with our decision. We never felt rushed or pressured. It’s not every day you come across an employee who truly cares about their customers the way Carlos does. He went above and beyond to make our experience a great one, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. 100% recommend Carlos! We will definitely be coming back and asking for him personally for any future flooring needs. Thank you, Carlos, for making this such a smooth and enjoyable experience!”

“Andres and Michael were awesome. They came out for a relatively simple job of widening cutouts for built in grill and griddle. The job gre with every passing second through no fault of the granite guys. They ultimately had to dis-assmeble the face of my custom outdoor kitchen to cut the faux stome blocks and re- cut them to fit. They were incredibly patient and refused to rush and do shoddy work. Given the number of different service providers I've had at my home in the last two years, this level of work ethic and personal pride in the service provided is absolutely unheard of. I wish I had more workthat I could have them do. They showed up on time and did more than was needed, cleaned up after themselves, twice!! I cannot say enough good things about these guys.”

“We contacted the cabinet builder for our new home to have a few additional cabinets installed. After they installed our new cabinets, they recommended we call AMERICAN COUNTERTOPS for the addition of the matching quartz countertops. AMERICAN COUNTERTOPS was very timely and so professional. They called en-route to our house and were very respectful of our property upon arrival. They completed the laser measurements and said they would call to schedule the installation upon completion of the new countertops. Didnt have to wait too terribly long when American Countertops called to inform me the new countertops were ready for install, so we scheduled a date. The new quartz countertops arrived to my house and the install took place. The installers were so polite and careful with the new quartz countertops and the install was absolutely perfect! Beautiful and a perfect fit! They were so polite and respectful of our property! We were so impressed with the entire process and the high quality of the quartz countertops was unbelievable! The cost was appropriate! This was a great experience all the way around. This company is very professional and extremely skilled at what they do and communicated with me along the way! FANTASTIC JOB!!!!”
