“I found Daryl’s Wood Workshop by chance, and I’m so glad I did! I had a drawer that went missing during a previous move, and I couldn’t find anyone who could make a replacement. Thankfully, I found Daryl, who crafted a new drawer that matches the original perfectly. His workmanship was excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Daryl’s Wood Workshop to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and great service!”

“We have had an outdoor kitchen done by Soleic a few years ago so this is a longterm experience. First, the service and installation was excellent during the installation. After a few years, I will say the grill, hood and cabinets are still in great shape. The quality has made the investment worth it.”

“Andres and Michael were awesome. They came out for a relatively simple job of widening cutouts for built in grill and griddle. The job gre with every passing second through no fault of the granite guys. They ultimately had to dis-assmeble the face of my custom outdoor kitchen to cut the faux stome blocks and re- cut them to fit. They were incredibly patient and refused to rush and do shoddy work. Given the number of different service providers I've had at my home in the last two years, this level of work ethic and personal pride in the service provided is absolutely unheard of. I wish I had more workthat I could have them do. They showed up on time and did more than was needed, cleaned up after themselves, twice!! I cannot say enough good things about these guys.”

“We had the best experience with Bath and Kitchen Gallery. We remodeled our kitchen, living room area, laundry room and created a new pantry. Every employee that worked on our job was top-notch. Very respectful, did what they were supposed to and showed up every day on time. We were fortunate enough to have Josh as our lead carpenter. Josh is extremely good at his job and very meticulous, which I really appreciated. We were really hesitant about remodeling the above areas as we have had two bad experiences with two different remodeling companies. I write this recommendation without hesitation as it was extremely easy and stress free. A big Thank You goes out to ALL of the employees.”

“Sharonesther made choosing tile for my bathroom such a wonderful experience! I came in feeling overwhelmed and stressed because I had to make a decision the same day, but she immediately put me at ease. Her joy, passion for design, and genuine desire to help made the whole process fun instead of stressful. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thoughtful in guiding me through the options. I’m so happy with the tile we selected, and I truly don’t think I would have made such a great choice without her expertise. I’m so grateful for her help and highly recommend working with her!”

“Carlos provided exceptional customer service from start to finish! He took the time to walk my mom and me through the entire process of choosing and purchasing new flooring for our home. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. What really stood out was how comfortable and confident he made us feel about our purchase. He answered all our questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure we were completely satisfied with our decision. We never felt rushed or pressured. It’s not every day you come across an employee who truly cares about their customers the way Carlos does. He went above and beyond to make our experience a great one, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. 100% recommend Carlos! We will definitely be coming back and asking for him personally for any future flooring needs. Thank you, Carlos, for making this such a smooth and enjoyable experience!”

“Our kitchen renovation started out a bit rocky with the original project manager and superintendent. Communication was inconsistent, questions often went unanswered, and unfortunately some items were either ordered incorrectly or not ordered at all. We also had workmanship issues that we had to repeatedly point out during the process. That said, once Lacie stepped in, everything changed. Her attention to detail, exceptional communication, and genuine care for making sure the project was completed correctly and beautifully completely turned the experience around. She took the time to thoroughly review the work, address concerns, and ensure nothing was overlooked. By the end, our kitchen became exactly what we had hoped for. We also want to give special recognition to Chris, the cabinet installer, for his craftsmanship and professionalism, and Andre, the tile contractor, who truly saved the day by completely redoing the backsplash and making it look incredible. Because of Lacie’s leadership and commitment to getting things right, we will absolutely be choosing S&W again for our upcoming bathroom renovations. Thank you for making sure our kitchen was finished the way it should have been from the start!”

“Great one stop place for tile, flooring, counters and cabinets! We purchased tile here and couldn't be happier with the selection and service. The best part of our experience was our consultant, Diana, who has a great eye for color and style and is a master at interpreting what you're asking for and finding it in the show room. She is the best person we encountered in designing our new home. Diana comes from a textile background and uses that to help you find the perfect color, texture, and material. She patiently helped us figure out how to match our countertops and cabinets even though we had purchased those already elsewhere, and even gave us advice on good paint colors. We felt like we had our own personal designer. They encourage you to take samples home and see how they work in your space.”

“We contacted the cabinet builder for our new home to have a few additional cabinets installed. After they installed our new cabinets, they recommended we call AMERICAN COUNTERTOPS for the addition of the matching quartz countertops. AMERICAN COUNTERTOPS was very timely and so professional. They called en-route to our house and were very respectful of our property upon arrival. They completed the laser measurements and said they would call to schedule the installation upon completion of the new countertops. Didnt have to wait too terribly long when American Countertops called to inform me the new countertops were ready for install, so we scheduled a date. The new quartz countertops arrived to my house and the install took place. The installers were so polite and careful with the new quartz countertops and the install was absolutely perfect! Beautiful and a perfect fit! They were so polite and respectful of our property! We were so impressed with the entire process and the high quality of the quartz countertops was unbelievable! The cost was appropriate! This was a great experience all the way around. This company is very professional and extremely skilled at what they do and communicated with me along the way! FANTASTIC JOB!!!!”

“I had a wonderful experience thanks to George! I came in looking for the parts I needed for a toilet that I was installing, and he went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed Even though the store was extremely hot, George never let it affect his attitude. He was kind, patient, and had a big smile on his face the entire time. He even joked about the heat, making the situation feel lighthearted and showing that he genuinely cared more about helping his customers than being uncomfortable. It’s rare to find customer service like this these days. George was knowledgeable, professional, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. His positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. Thank you, George, for your outstanding service! Because of your help, I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases and recommending this store to others.”

“I know I’m getting older because this has possibly became my new favorite store, I used to only go here for their name brand cleaning sprays and soaps. But this location appeared to have more that meets the eye, lol the smell! They had a cooking class of some sort going on Sunday and I (mistakenly 🤦🏼♀) thought it was free samples and helped my self to a little plate; she asked if I signed up for the class and I immediately apologized and put everything down, but she insisted she wanted me to try it. So kind and the flavor was delicious , i ended up buying the curry sauce she used to cook with. This location has a wide variety of sugar, salt , spice and everything nice! I bought another sauce that was Alfredo truffle too, I plan to come back for some more sauces. This is a type of store you shop for unique things you’d find in your grandma or cool older aunties pantry Ps they can deliver things not in stock at the location. Delivery is fast too!”
