“We had the best experience with Bath and Kitchen Gallery. We remodeled our kitchen, living room area, laundry room and created a new pantry. Every employee that worked on our job was top-notch. Very respectful, did what they were supposed to and showed up every day on time. We were fortunate enough to have Josh as our lead carpenter. Josh is extremely good at his job and very meticulous, which I really appreciated. We were really hesitant about remodeling the above areas as we have had two bad experiences with two different remodeling companies. “Our kitchen renovation started out a bit rocky with the original project manager and superintendent. Communication was inconsistent, questions often went unanswered, and unfortunately some items were either ordered incorrectly or not ordered at all. We also had workmanship issues that we had to repeatedly point out during the process.
That said, once Lacie stepped in, everything changed. Her attention to detail, exceptional communication, and genuine care for making sure the project was completed correctly and beautifully completely turned the experience around. She took the time to thoroughly review the work, address concerns, and ensure nothing was overlooked. By the end, our kitchen became exactly what we had hoped for.
We also want to give special recognition to Chris, the cabinet installer, for his craftsmanship and professionalism, and Andre, the tile contractor, who truly saved the day by completely redoing the backsplash and making it look incredible.
Because of Lacie’s leadership and commitment to getting things right, we will absolutely be choosing S&W again for our upcoming bathroom renovations. Thank you for making sure our kitchen was finished the way it should have been from the start!”
“This is the biggest Ollie's I've ever been to. It has a big parking lot and a wide variety of options! I could get lost in here. Its the only ollies ive seen with furniture like sectionals, love seats and couches. The prices are so amazing! I got some new bedsheets and pillowcases for $10!”
“Daryl made my kitchen island and I cannot say enough good things about him, and his work. He is extremely professional, listens well, a very kind and considerate person, and delivered exactly what I was looking for. The design I had was slightly complicated and he worked with me to come up with solutions to bring it together. While I was waiting for my island to be made, he sent photos of the project's progress. After the island was delivered and installed, I had a concern about something, and he promptly returned and altered a few things to promptly relieve my concerns. I am very pleased with his quality of work, and plan on using him again for more custom cabinetry work in the future.”

We worked with Angela (ask for her) and she made everything so simple and easy... worked with our timeline, answered all our questions, and made sure we were happy throughout the entire process - even checking in days after install to ensure we were still happy with the results. “I can't say enough good things about the tile shop in Brandon. They carry an impressive selection of premium quality tile — far better than what you'll find at the big warehouse-style stores — and the difference in quality is obvious the moment you walk in. The service is incredible and very knowledgeable about the products and how to install them. Ask for David, he was a tile installer and really knows his stuff.
What really sets them apart, though, is the people. The entire sales team is extremely knowledgeable, but I want to give a special shout-out to David. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, walked me through the options, and helped me pick out tile that worked beautifully with the rest of my design. His expertise on both product, design and installation made a project that felt overwhelming at first feel completely manageable. One thing that really separated David was that he had quite a few years experience as a tile installer which allowed him to provide us with detailed information and recommendations beyond any sales reps at any other store.
If you've ever been frustrated wandering the aisles of a warehouse tile store with no real help in sight, you'll appreciate the personal service here. It's a totally different experience, and I'd recommend them to anyone tackling a tile project.”

After they installed our new cabinets, they recommended we call AMERICAN COUNTERTOPS for the addition of the matching quartz countertops.
AMERICAN COUNTERTOPS was very timely and so professional. They called en-route to our house and were very respectful of our property upon arrival.
They completed the laser measurements and said they would call to schedule the installation upon completion of the new countertops.
Didnt have to wait too terribly long when American Countertops called to inform me the new countertops were ready for install, so we scheduled a date.
The new quartz countertops arrived to my house and the install took place. The installers were so polite and careful with the new quartz countertops and the install was absolutely perfect! Beautiful and a perfect fit! They were so polite and respectful of our property!
We were so impressed with the entire process and the high quality of the quartz countertops was unbelievable! The cost was appropriate!

“I had a wonderful experience thanks to George! I came in looking for the parts I needed for a toilet that I was installing, and he went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed
Even though the store was extremely hot, George never let it affect his attitude. He was kind, patient, and had a big smile on his face the entire time. He even joked about the heat, making the situation feel lighthearted and showing that he genuinely cared more about helping his customers than being uncomfortable.

“I know I’m getting older because this has possibly became my new favorite store, I used to only go here for their name brand cleaning sprays and soaps.
But this location appeared to have more that meets the eye, lol the smell!
They had a cooking class of some sort going on Sunday and I (mistakenly 🤦🏼♀) thought it was free samples and helped my self to a little plate; she asked if I signed up for the class and I immediately apologized and put everything down, but she insisted she wanted me to try it.
So kind and the flavor was delicious , i ended up buying the curry sauce she used to cook with.
This location has a wide variety of sugar, salt , spice and everything nice! I bought another sauce that was Alfredo truffle too, I plan to come back for some more sauces.
This is a type of store you shop for unique things you’d find in your grandma or cool older aunties pantry
