The guy that was working on 5/26/25 at 1:00pm. secretly charged my husband for a screen protector after my husband said he didn't want one when he was buying a new phone. We didn't notice until we got home and saw the receipt. I suggest anyone who goes there to check your receipt when buying anything because some employees will charge extra without you noticing.

Lady working the counter was super rude was the first customer of the day and just felt like I messed up her whole day by wanting to spend money at their location I will not return need to work on your customer service

Used to be a friendly store. Now the man who works there is a scammer. He adds things on to your bill that was not ordered. Then has the audacity not to let you return the item even with a receipt. BTW Florida law states the customer has up to 15 days to return anything!!! I have reported fraudulent charges! Stay away from this metro shop to avoid unpleasant situations .

I want to give a shout out to Gerard. I showed up and the door was open became the counter and told me that they were closed. I told him I was having issues with my phone and haven’t had service in two days was only because Customer kept him late. Regardless. He said, give me a second as he had to do his closing duties and he came out front to help me after hours. He wasn’t able to get the phone. Gave it a shot and I wanna give him a shout out for excellent customer service cause he went above and beyond the call of duty. Management give this guy a raise. At the former employee services upmost and important for a business and this guy displayed every bit of that.

The absolute worsted metro ever. They guy that was working today refused to call metro and get my phone turned on. He said I had to call them which I had already, and they told me i had to show my ID in the store and have them call to active my phone. I had to go to another store where they did call for me and get my new phone turned on. This guy is a complete J erk and should be fired if you ask me. My old phone was broken and I couldn't get the confirmation text to verify my account all he had to call and verify my ID over the phone and they would turn on my new phone. He would not even let me use the phone there to call them. Said they had no phone. When the other girl tried to give me the phone to call he grabbed it away. The way he treats people I am sure he has the worst Karma.
