Even though the workers are sales personnel, every time I go there for help with the operation of the phone, they work on it until a solution is found. Jay is the absolute best! I had an issue with changing my number through my customer care and was told there was nothing they could do, Jay called them up and handled it for me like it was nothing. He was a blessing I will definitely recommend everyone to ask for Jay if you need anything phone related
