For a phone company they sure have a hard time answering a phone call no matter what day it is nobody tends to be there to answer hltheir phones for a simple question

My past experiences at this location were unpleasant to say the least. I visited this location yesterday was provided with the best customer service. Shalik was prompt, courteous and extremely helpful. He provided me with the most cost effective solution, answered all of my questions and helped me select my next phone. Awesome job Shalik, I hope to see you next time!

I have just switched from a metro to T-Mobile and I had to go into Metro to have my number switch to the new phone.Shalin and Jose help me transpose my number to the T-Mobile even stayed with me once I called T-Mobile in order to have them guide me through the process!!!!!!!!They stay with me every step even though it was her sister companyNo, that’s customer service in every degree. I highly recommend this location if you’re dealing with metro or planning to deal with them in the near future. I got better service with these guys that I did from the T-Mobile store… True story!

I've been with Metro for almost 20 years and there great. They always have great promotions happening and I get a free upgrade every six months. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

The customer service is awful! Had the phone for less than 2 weeks can’t access my own account. Due to their lack of knowledge! Never again will do business with Metro. Verizon is the way to go !!!
