I walked in pretty early one morning and I was greeted by one of the best salesmen I met named Prince. He was super patient and with me being 18 he helped me get on my own line and explained everything and worked with my budget. Always look out for my man!

Ive had horrible experience with Metro for years, but this store and the 2 working totally changed my mind. They completely understood what I needed and helped me achieve it. Thank you Mark and Melanie/Melody (I cant remember sorry) ? but for real I couldn't of asked for better customer service. I am having some technical issues with the correct bill total amount showing on mymetro app , hopefully that gets resolved.

I had a great experience. From the walking in greeting to the exit see you next time. The staff members was extra friendly and willing to help. They satisfy all my needs! A new phone was needed for me and they helped me find the best option. Special thanks to Melanie! Great customer service

Normally they are friendly. But this time he was acting strange because I got my phone from another store. Not on purpose had to go to three of them due to been out of stock.

Went to this Metro yesterday morning to get a new phone and the manager there was incredibly nice. He was extremely friendly and patient while helping me out. I lost the card he gave me, but if he sees this, shout out to you bro. You a real one.

Came in to purchase an iPhone, not finance, and the girl at the desk refused to let me purchase it without all of the added accessories. Worst customer service and I've been with Metro since 2015. Don't go to this location, it's the WORST!!!!!!

Awesome experience. Axel really knows how to conduct business!! Good customer service: I was immediately greeted upon entry, which I am never used to with Metro employees!!! I had many questions, and he had great patience with me and perfect answers for each inquiry. When comparing phones to upgrade to, he was not too much a salesman and instead carefully listened to me as the customer to discover what I truly needed. Very nice guy. Super helpful. Tech-savvy. There was even a semi-homeless guy who came into the premises speaking foolishness, but Axel was able to express himself in a very professional manner. He demonstrates exactly what Metro should stand for and should be appointed to a role in the training department to teach other Metro employees how it should be done right. I would go back only if I knew he was scheduled to work, because an amazing customer experience is so difficult to come by nowadays, especially from this company. Keep up the awesome job, Axel.

I broke my phone while I was at work and rushed off to find a metro store. I found this one and was happy I did.. at first I probably wasn't the nicest but he kept smiling and being nice as can be. I wanted to finance a phone and didn't think I had my ID ... But once I found it, we got the ball rolling.. he stayed after hours to get me financed and out the door and of course because I had kept him he had a few others come in.. he kept his cool completely, wasn't mean or in a rush. I felt bad because the man was hungry and I was keeping him buttt his service was great the whole time!! I have no complaints about this store at all.. I highly recommend and if I need anything I'll be going back!! Thank you Axel!

The store manager Axel is the absolute best. I dropped my phone in water and needed a replacement. I applied for credit to have my phone financed. It was approved but I couldn't answer a few security questions correctly. Therefore, the finance company made me wait 24 hrs to authorize the purchase. I had too come back w/ my bank statement. Of course the next day I went to get bank statement and the bank was closed. Then Axel allowed me to use the store computer instead of going all the way back home. I successfully gathered the info I needed and he then assisted me with the uploading my documents. The finance company confirmed they received the information. Thanks to Axel , it was all a success. Axel didn't have to allow any of this, but he did. Thanks a lot and I'm forever grateful. You are a "Metro Hero".

I had a great experience by the store manager Axel today. I had just came from another metro PCS store and which I brought my own unlocked phone to add to my plan. The lady at another store advised me the phone was not compatible with their network. I decided to try another metro PCS store. Axel assisted me perfectly and was able to activate the same phone the lady advised me was not compatible, In which it was. This store also has such a peaceful atmosphere. I would highly recommend going to this store. Thank you
