I went to the Brandon location on a Saturday at 6:45 AM as a stand by as I have been doing for years ,but not this location. After waiting for about 10 minutes 2 reps came out and said I need to make an appointment . I went back to the Kiosk to change it another rep came out and stated no walk/standby make an appointment for another day I said why when I have always did it this way for years has the rules changed she stated all are the same so I stated why can I not be seen , a rep stated no location has appointments for today . I stated thank you a kindly left the location. I guess they don't like to work or their job that they chose . I'm reporting this location to the Quest lab Corp Office .

We have a 12:30 appointment. There are over 25 people here with appts starting at 11:40 and have been here an hour. When you overbooked like this, do you think of us, who have to take time off work? Horrible service. Never again.

Easy online appointments scheduling with about a 5min wait time. Technicians are very polite and cordial.

I took my mother to this Lab and still can’t believe how dirty this place was. The bathroom was not equipped with sanitizing wipes for urine specimens and the bottles were just stacked on top of one another!
Unacceptable in a Lab!!

Even though I live closer to other locations I have always traveled here to get my labs done. I always have an appointment and have not had many issues with wait times. Only once when they had an emergency in the back. They are clean and friendly, even to the point where they are now recognizing me when I come in. I don't go very often, so that's says alot.

I checked in early at 7:05am since my appointment is on 7:20am I waited and it’s 7:28am so I spot to one of the employees who take bloodwork the Spanish lady told me if I don’t see my name on the board anymore means someone will be with you shortly so I waited and it’s 7:45 nobody comes in until I asked another lady who finally told me she’ll help me out since no one called me long time ago so I waited again till it’s 8:12am.. at least she helped me but this needed to be fixed if I’m just gonna get by passed even though it’s a first come first serve by Appointment.. took 1hr or so to be called just to get my bloodwork done.

My major issue with Quest is that you can’t reach anyone via telephone to ask them about the lab test you need and the website doesn’t have any information to guide you. This is unacceptable. You should be able to access the info you need online or reach somebody via telephone.
I was able to schedule a next day appointment. Once I made the appointment online, I like the fact that I could click on a link in a text to check in.
I only had to wait about 10 minutes in the waiting room. The lab technician was very cordial and professional.

Today I went to the location off of bloomingdale in brandon fl. WOW. Just WOW!!! The customer service was out of this world! Kimberly T went out of her way to help me and make sure I could get my blood drawn today. I really appreciate the kindness! Thank you again Kimberly!!!
