I went to Regions because of an issue involving the tax I.D. number assigned to one of my accounts. One of the bankers that happened to be at the teller line immediately helped me and the problem was resolved within a few minutes. I love this bank. The staff are friendly and helpful. Maria Fashoro, the branch manager, is a great person. She knows what customer service is supposed to feel like. I couldn't recommend this branch enough.
